Did you know your memories can flashback without you trying?
Imagine you're walking down a street, the smell of freshly baked bread hits you, and suddenly, you're transported back to your grandmother's kitchen, smelling the same bread.
This phenomenon happens when a sensory experience like a smell triggers memories from the past involuntarily. The technical term for this is "involuntary memory."
