Did you know mass can turn into energy?
Did you know mass can turn into energy?
Imagine you're trying to fill a balloon with air. The more air you pump in, the bigger and heavier it gets. But what if you could somehow make the balloon disappear without popping it?
Albert Einstein figured out that energy and mass are linked. So, if you had a lot of mass, it could be converted into a huge amount of energy.
Example
If you had a tiny amount of mass, it would release a tiny amount of energy when converted.
Remember this
Mass and energy are interchangeable; this is the famous equation E=mc².
