Can black holes defy our understanding of physics?
Imagine a cosmic vacuum cleaner that sucks in everything, even light. It's like a door that can't be opened, trapping anything that gets too close.
This cosmic vacuum cleaner, or black hole, shows us a paradox where our usual rules of physics don't apply. It's a place where the normal laws of motion and light don't work as we expect them to.
Example
If you throw a ball towards a black hole, instead of falling straight in, it spirals around it endlessly.
Remember this
Black holes reveal a unique intersection of quantum mechanics and general relativity that defies our current understanding.
