Why do we need a faster way to analyze signals?
Imagine you're at a concert, trying to figure out which instruments are playing based on the sound waves you hear.
Think of breaking down the complex sound waves into simpler parts to identify each instrument. This process makes it much quicker to analyze the sound.
Example
If you had to listen to every single note to identify the instruments, it would take forever. But by breaking down the sound waves, you can quickly identify the instruments playing.
